The Law and Society Students’ Journal (LSSJ) is an annual open-access publication committed to promoting thoughtful and original student scholarship. We warmly invite submissions of research articles, case studies, and book reviews from both disciplinary and interdisciplinary perspectives.
Our journal focuses on themes that lie at the intersection of law and society. We encourage authors to reflect on how legal rules, institutions, and practices influence social life—and how social, cultural, political, and economic forces shape the development of law in today’s world.
Every submission to LSSJ is reviewed with great care. Manuscripts first undergo a double-blind evaluation by two anonymous reviewers and are then further assessed by members of the editorial board to ensure academic quality and clarity.
LSSJ is proudly indexed in the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), Google Scholar, ISSN Portal and Bielefeld Academic Search Engine (BASE). All published content is freely accessible, and readers may read, download, share, or link to any article without restrictions. This aligns with our commitment to the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), which promotes open and equitable access to knowledge.
